A well-established Retail Marketing Solutions company is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to become part of an already award winning team. Working within the Point of Sale sector, our clients focus on providing quality point of sale solutions from the initial design brief through to production and installation, delivering to some of the biggest and most prestigious brand names around the World. This role will involve a lot of travel in the North of the UK, to manage suppliers, check quality and liaise with the team/clients, to ensure successful store rollouts.
Responsibilities:
- Project brief evaluation and review
- Whole project options development & appraisal including estimating & technical review
- Creation of product descriptions and product breakdown structures
- Technical design and development coordination
- Final costing and whole project cost capture and control
- Project timing plan creation and management
- Prototype development, production, construction, presentation and evaluation
- Supplier evaluation and liaison
- Purchase price negotiation
- Internal and external supplier/stakeholder communication and management
- Risk analysis and control
- Management of external and internal production and first off approval
- Preparation of relevant internal and external documentation
- Coordination of installation and implementation agency activity
- Project evaluation and review
