Now seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the continued growth of the business. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and solid experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Working closely with internal Sales, Production and Design teams, as well as external customers and suppliers, you will take ownership of projects from brief through to completion. The role demands excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines while maintaining cost control and operational efficiency. This position also carries leadership responsibility, including mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement within the department.
- Manage projects from completed brief through to delivery, ensuring best practice
- Liaise with Sales, Production and Design teams to achieve project objectives
- Process and manage project orders using Sage 50
- Source materials and negotiate supplier pricing to achieve best value
- Control budgets by comparing supplier quotes and reducing costs where possible
- Coordinate logistics and deliveries with internal teams
- Prepare detailed job sheets for Production to ensure smooth execution
- Lead weekly team meetings and support team development
- Conduct performance reviews and mentor junior staff
- Manage day‑to‑day operational aspects of multiple concurrent projects
- Resolve queries and issues confidently while maintaining strong client relationships
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across processes
