Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join its growing team, managing key global FMCG brands across its Display, Fixtures and POS division. This role suits a commercially driven account leader with experience in fast‑paced retail, POS, print or fixture manufacturing environments, and a strong understanding of FMCG brand activation from concept through to in‑store delivery.

You’ll be responsible for building senior‑level client relationships, identifying and converting new commercial opportunities, and driving sustainable account growth. Working closely with internal design, project management and production teams, you’ll oversee projects end to end while maintaining a strong client presence through regular meetings and site visits.

Job Role
  • Manage and grow major FMCG brand accounts, developing long‑term, trusted client relationships.
  • Lead strategic and commercial discussions to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Identify and convert new opportunities across display, fixtures and POS, leveraging full in‑house capabilities.
  • Promote an end‑to‑end design‑to‑manufacture model, including global production, sustainability initiatives and modular solutions.
  • Lead proposals, tenders and cost submissions in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Oversee projects from concept through manufacture and installation, ensuring quality, budget and delivery targets are met.
  • Maintain regular client engagement through meetings, retailer visits and site surveys.
  • Champion creative innovation, technical excellence and sustainability in all client communications.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting and commercial tracking.
  • Support the Account Director in achieving overall growth and strategic objectives.
