Established for over 30 years, our client offers in-store fixtures and promotions direct to the end users, as well as trade. Offering in-house design, production and manufacturing all under one roof.
As Inventory Co-Ordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials into the production facility.
Responsibilities- Working closely with Project Managers, internal teams, and external suppliers to coordinate project materials and maintain stock accuracy using the Acumatica business system.
- Support the Warehouse & Logistics Manager and Project Team by raising POs for projects, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and assisting with a range of inventory and project-related tasks.
- Accurately book in deliveries using Acumatica, notify relevant teams, and compile data to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate material movements and prioritise project requirements.
- Ensure stock accuracy by issuing inventory at the point of use.
- Coordinate the flow of project materials into the Assembly area, working closely with the Assembly Manager and Project Managers.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory system accuracy and report on KPI performance.
