Due to continued growth, the company is looking for a tenacious and experienced Business Development Manager. The main objective will be to realise the potential of the company, growing and developing the already impressive client list, focusing on dealing with end users as well as contracts.

Job Role

  • Growth and development of new and existing accounts
  • Identify and target new clients to develop to evolve an already impressive list, looking to introduce joinery work into the business
  • Arrange and attend client meetings to receive briefs, cross and up-sell
  • Liaise with colleagues to ensure briefs are accurately communicated, timescales are agreed, and any concerns are dealt with on a project by project basis
  • Generate new initiatives and collaborations to increase the company's product and service offer
  • Manage the design, planning and implementation of industry trade shows and exhibitions
  • Develop multiple sources of revenue across various sectors including Retail, Leisure & Hospitality, Education and Office
  • Provide accurate quotations to clients ensuring all works and specifications are captured, providing samples or prototypes where needed
  • Maintain and update sales reporting documentation accurately
  • Seek new and further sales opportunities with the support of the internal sales team
  • Forecast and raise any issues with the Managing Director, providing options for solution
