Strachan & Kemp Facilities Services is part of the SK Group, a family-owned FM and specialist maintenance business delivering planned, reactive, and project works across Scotland and the UK. Our teams operate 24/7 across commercial, industrial, retail, healthcare, education, and public sector environments.

We're looking for an experienced Joiner to join our growing technical services team.

What you'll be doing:

  • First and second fix joinery works across client sites
  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining doors, frames, ironmongery, and locks
  • Fire door inspections, repairs, and installations
  • Partitioning, ceiling, wall, and flooring works
  • Kitchen, washroom, and office refurbishments
  • Reactive maintenance and emergency repairs across a diverse range of sites

What we're looking for:

  • SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery
  • Proven experience in commercial maintenance or refurbishment environments
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Competent with electronic job reporting
  • Desirable: Fire Door Inspection qualification, FIRAS, PASMA, IPAF, Asbestos Awareness
