STRABAG UK is seeking a site-based construction leader to oversee operations across multiple sites in the UK, with the head office in Shirley, Solihull.
The role requires hands-on management of safety, quality and project delivery, liaising with the Project Manager and Client teams.
You will lead the site team, ensure compliance with CPS, BS, and ERs, drive ITPs, RAMS, and daily/weekly planning, and promote STRABAG's behavioural safety culture while maintaining programme targets.
