The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As part of the Infrastructure Pre-Construction Team, you will develop and write compelling and strategic proposals and tenders. You will be involved in:
- Developing, writing and editing technical responses and evidence for complex projects
- Conducting answer planning and writing workshops as required, managing inputs from a wide range of sources and stakeholders
- Interviewing technical, operational, and business function experts to transform drafts into clear and persuasive customer-focussed responses
- Ensuring completion of all responses to internal / external deadlines
- Supporting win strategy workshops
- Supporting the enhancement of company work winning libraries and bid content
- Sharing knowledge and best practice across the business, contributing to lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Qualified to degree level or similar
- Experience in bid writing within civil engineering, construction, infrastructure or equivalent sectors involving complex technical bids and formal procurement processes
- Excellent written English, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication, and presentation skills
- Office 365 proficiency, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe
- Proven ability to absorb, analyse and structure complex information, identify and articulate win strategies
