We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our construction team and work toward achieving a Chartered Surveyor qualification (BSc Hons) through a structured degree apprenticeship programme. You will have the opportunity to gain experience at STRABAG, a company that is a leader in the European market. This is a unique opportunity to develop full professional expertise in cost management, construction contracts, commercial skills and surveying – leading to RICS chartered status upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cost estimating and cost planning for construction projects.
- Undertake take‑offs from drawings and prepare pricing schedules.
- Support subcontractor procurement and contract documentation.
- Help with commercial reporting, valuations and cost control.
- Visit sites and collaborate with project teams to monitor project progress.
- Study toward and complete a BSc (Hons) Chartered Surveyor Degree as part of the apprenticeship.

- A strong interest in construction, cost management and surveying.
- Good communication, numerical and analytical skills.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, proactive, detail‑oriented, and happy to work as part of a team.
