STRABAG UK is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work with project teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure robust cost control and value delivery in line with STRABAG UK's quality and sustainability commitments.
You will prepare budgets, cost reports, CVRs, and final accounts, undertake cost planning and procurement, and administer subcontract agreements under JCT contracts.
