Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for Project HR Lead.
  • Main contact for the response and solution of employee queries via mailboxes.
  • Ensure confidentiality is always maintained (Data Protection and GDPR).
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry onto HRIS systems.
  • Support with Payroll information as required.
  • Prepare and send out employee letters/notifications where required.
  • Undertake a range of general Human Resource functions within the project.
  • Maintain the employees’ files, including filing and reducing excess paperwork contained in the files.
  • Ensure all HRIS databases are kept accurate, up to date and maintained.
  • Responsible for the continual review and checking of: Right to work Check, Data cleanliness, Sickness, Probation reviews.
  • Champion EDI across all areas of the project.
  • Work on developmental projects as set by the HR Lead.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of GDPR Legislation.
  • Proficient in the use of IT, good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Working towards CIPD accreditation.
