Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing IT projects, preferably in an international environment.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365.
  • Completed degree or equivalent education in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience with IT security or compliance-related projects is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an independent, structured, and analytical approach to work.
  • Very good written and spoken English; German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to the UK or residence within the UK.
  • Pre-employment screening is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be able to prove their right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects related to the implementation of IT standards, ensuring a structured project approach and timely delivery.
  • Act as the liaison between local business units and central IT specialist teams for special projects.
  • Serve as the key contact person for IT-related topics within strategic and customer-specific projects.
  • Coordinate IT security initiatives and compliance-related projects across the UK business units.
  • Collaborate closely with the central team of IT Project Managers.
