  • Tasks
  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for a wide range of business functions and projects.
  • Create engaging presentations, reports, brochures, posters, infographics, templates, and communication materials.
  • Develop creative solutions that help simplify and communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Ensure all materials align with STRABAG UK brand standards and visual identity.
  • Provide graphic design support across all Central Services functions and wider business teams as required.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver materials that meet operational and project needs.
  • Support a variety of business initiatives, campaigns, events, employee engagement activities, corporate communications, and commercial submissions.
  • Create digital assets for internal communications, newsletters, presentations, websites, social media channels, and other digital platforms.
  • Assist with the development of visual content including graphics, illustrations, simple animations, and multimedia materials.
  • Support the creation of engaging content that enhances internal and external communications.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into professional, engaging, and impactful visual outputs.
  • Provide advice and guidance on design best practice and brand application.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of visual communications across the business using STRABAG UK’s brand guidelines.
  • Please note: This is a part - time role for a 6 month fixed term contract.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an in-house, agency, or corporate environment
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including In Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Power Point and Word.
  • Experience creating a broad range of corporate communication and visual design materials
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, layout, typography, and design principles
  • Knowledge of video editing, animation, or motion graphics software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
