Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content.
- Gather, understand and document detailed requirements and interface contracts using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the employer's business.
- Educate and support business users with their reporting needs.
- Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
- Create dashboards, graphs and visualizations.
- Provide sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Mine and analyse large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
- Understand the Client and Joint Venture Partners' Environment and Sustainability Policies, Processes and statutory requirements as they affect the company's operations and ensure that the requirements, as applicable within their discipline, are implemented on the project.
- Monitor and audit data quality.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in the development of reports and dashboards to a diverse set of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly skilled in mainstream BI tools (including but not limited to Power BI).
- Understand and promote data quality.
- Has knowledge or experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL).
- Has knowledge with Azure integration services.
