Roles & Responsibilities – Civil Engineering (core focus)

  • Technical support for building construction projects during the delivery phase.
  • Review and analysis of design and construction documentation (drawings, specifications, technical reports).
  • Monitoring construction works for compliance with design documentation, standards and regulations.
  • Participation in site meetings, coordination meetings and progress reviews.
  • Identification of technical risks and support in proposing appropriate solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities – Technical & Cost Control (Project / Technical Controlling)

  • Monitoring construction costs against the approved project budget.
  • Review and analysis of cost estimates, tenders and variations.
  • Support in schedule monitoring and identification of time and cost deviations.
  • Preparation of basic reports and summaries related to progress, costs and risks.
  • Cooperation with project management and finance teams in project control activities.
