Your contribution to our company:
- Attend project start-up, close-out, and mid-project meetings.
- Assist in developing cost and resource-loaded construction programmes.
- Ensure the construction programme meets all access dates, milestones, and key dates, in compliance with planning requirements, contract data, and works information.
- Contribute to programme risk assessments and develop mitigation measures.
- Interface with other teams such as BIM, design, estimation, and construction.
- Monitor progress and update the construction programme regularly, forecasting potential issues and proposing solutions.
- Coordinate with Project Controls, Reporting, and Change Management teams on programme matters.
- Review estimated design costs, including equipment, installation, labour, materials, and other related costs.

- A degree in civil engineering or an appropriate professional qualification.
- Experience in planning within civil engineering projects.
- Knowledge of Asset structures, Planning Standards, WBS, and Planning processes in a BIM environment.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Tilos.
- Understanding of Safety, Environment, and Risk Management.
- Knowledge of commercial and contractual interfaces related to planning.
- Experience with various planning techniques for tendering and contract delivery.
