Responsibilities
- Technical support for building construction projects during the delivery phase
- Review and analysis of design and construction documentation (drawings, specifications, technical reports)
- Monitoring construction works for compliance with design documentation, standards and regulations
- Participation in site meetings, coordination meetings and progress reviews
- Identification of technical risks and support in proposing appropriate solutions
- Monitoring construction costs against the approved project budget
- Review and analysis of cost estimates, tenders and variations
- Support in schedule monitoring and identification of time and cost deviations
- Preparation of basic reports and summaries related to progress, costs and risks
- Cooperation with project management and finance teams in project control activities
