- Measure quantities according to standard methods of measurement.
- Maintain effective client management and communication.
- Identify and advise on insurance issues, including claims and contractual insurance requirements.
- Maximize cash flow, control work-in-progress (WIP), and develop cash flow improvement plans.
- Monitor and manage project costs and value in real time, maintaining monthly forecasts.
- Contribute to margin improvement plans and manage them actively.
- Procure PCG, bonds, and warranties as required by the contract.
