- Solid background in planning for constructionprojects and a strong understanding of the pre-construction and tenderingprocess.
- Planningexperience for a wide range of Build Contracting projects
- Competence inappropriate software (e.g.) Primavera / Asta Power Project).
- Experiencefrom preconstruction and tendering
- Clear understanding of commercial and contractual forms of contract.

Your contribution to our company
- Input into setting the Project Planning Policy.
- Provide adequate and timely contract planning information to the Pre-Construction & Project Management Teams.
- Provide programme schedules as aids to controlling the Project through its life cycle.
- Providing information on the progress and status of the Project to enable update of the schedule.
- Providing detailed schedules relating to subcontracts to eliminate project interface conflicts, and to ensure that all resources arrive on time and at the correct location.
- Providing labour Cost/resource profiles and schedules over the duration of the Project based on detail estimates and budgets and on forecasts to completion (Including KPI’s).
- Forecasting potential problem areas and proposing potential solutions such that the Project Manage Teams can initiate appropriate preventative and corrective action.
- Assessment of variation events.
- Manage Supply chain programmes in line with the contract requirements.
- Ad hoc duties as job requires.
