Senior Planning Manager

This is a terrific opportunity to join a huge infrastructure project from day 1. What matters to us Solid background in planning for construction projects and a strong understanding of the pre-construction and tendering process. Planning experience for a wide range of Build Contracting projects. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Primavera / Asta Power Project). Experience from preconstruction and tendering. Clear understanding of commercial and contractual forms of contract. Knowledge of Safety Management. Knowledge of Environmental Management. Your contribution to our company Input into setting the Project Planning Policy. Provide adequate and timely contract planning information to the Pre-Construction & Project Management Teams. Develop programme schedules to control the Project throughout its lifecycle. Update the schedule with progress and status of the Project. Provide detailed schedules related to subcontracts to prevent project interface conflicts and ensure timely resource arrival. Prepare labour cost/resource profiles and schedules based on detailed estimates, budgets, and forecasts to completion (including KPIs). Forecast potential problems and propose solutions for the Project Management Teams to take preventative or corrective actions. Assess variation events. Manage supply chain programmes in line with contract requirements.
