Your contribution to our company
- Act as the day-to-day focal point for all supply chain related activity within STRABAG UK.
- Lead on a wide variety of tasks related to planning, managing, supervising, facilitating and coordinating supply chain management related activities.
- Deliver STRABAG’s project procurement and supply chain strategy, driving best value solutions for the project, and our clients.
- Owning the supplier performance management process within the STRABAG UK project including, but not limited to, roll out of the process, ensuring timely reports are received, facilitating performance.
- Support delivery of STRABAG’s project sustainability strategy and supply chain dependencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and team members for the project.
- Demonstrate a high level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence in interactions with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and communication with stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues or conflicts with stakeholders.
- Provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Monitor stakeholder feedback and satisfaction, striving for continuous improvement in stakeholder relations.
- Arranging and leading supply chain forums for the project.
- Support the supply chain audit process.
- Monitor and measure the supply chain risk for the project, with strategies in place for key packages where appropriate.
- Additional responsibilities specific to your project, organisation or industry.
- Alignment to the STRABAG UK Senior Supply Chain manager and related objectives and deliverables.
