- The "Bridge": Act as the interface between the Project Manager and the Business Unit, translating site activities into accurate financial data.
- Forecasting: Proactively identify deviations from the schedule and cost forecasts using your engineering/QS judgment.
- System Integrity: Ensure the accuracy of the Working Budget and Estimates with iTWO, ensuring the data reflects reality.
- Process Champion: Drive the "Feedback Loop", capturing lessons learned from the site and feeding them back to Pre‑Construction to improve future tenders.
