Join our UK Group Academy team as a Specialist, UK Group Academy, where you will help shape impactful learning experiences and support employees in their professional development journey. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate training initiatives and ensure a high-quality learning environment:
- Full responsibility for the organisation, coordination and administration of internal training programmes
- Acting as the main point of contact for all 'Learning Management System' related enquiries and support
- Coordinating bookings, attendance, trainers and participants for internal training sessions
- Sending reminders and tracking completion of mandatory trainings
- Supporting the organisation of in‑person and virtual training sessions (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
- Handling administrative and financial tasks such as cost tracking, invoicing and internal cross‑charging
- Preparing documentation and reports and supporting the continuous development of learning offerings
