An established player in the offshore energy sector is seeking a skilled Project Manager to support the delivery of specialist survey and renewable energy projects. With a growing pipeline of complex, data-driven operations, this is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in managing technically demanding offshore scopes with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
You will be joining a well-respected team delivering services across geophysical and UXO survey, subsea cable installation, environmental and geotechnical support, and construction monitoring for both traditional energy and renewables clients. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, execution, and close-out of assigned scopes, working closely with internal specialists and offshore personnel.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage cradle-to-grave project delivery including scope, cost, schedule, and resource planning
- Act as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Oversee preparation and review of technical documentation and project deliverables
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and HSEQ teams to ensure compliance and performance
- Support the mobilisation of offshore teams and assets
- Monitor progress and produce accurate, timely reports to internal and external parties
- Identify and mitigate project risks and changes
Your Profile
- Proven experience managing offshore survey or renewables projects
- Strong understanding of hydrographic, geophysical and UXO survey operations or cable installation scopes
- Familiarity with CDM regulations, project cost control, and HSEQ processes
- Comfortable working in a matrix organisation with both internal teams and subcontractors
- Able to build strong relationships with field teams, clients, and third parties
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills

- Outside IR35
- Hybrid working with office attendance required ad-hoc
- Competitive daily rate depending on experience
- No offshore required but flexibility for this is advantageous
