The predicted salary is between 26000 - 27000 £ per year.

Basic salary: £25,000, increasing to £26,000–£27,000 following successful completion of the Training Academy and achievement of performance targets

To support your transition into the role, you’ll receive a commission accelerator of up to £1,500, paid across your first six months while you develop your specialist market knowledge, client network and sales pipeline.

What will you be doing?

  • Identifying prospective clients and growing your specialist market through solution-focused outbound sales
  • Consulting with clients to understand their business objectives, workforce challenges and project requirements
  • Building influential relationships with senior stakeholders and specialist STEM professionals
  • Identifying, engaging and assessing specialist professionals for business-critical opportunities
  • Creating and presenting tailored commercial proposals, from critical hires and retained assignments to multi-hire and full project delivery
  • Managing the full consultancy process, from diagnosing the initial requirement through to successful delivery and ongoing partnership
  • Managing personalised KPIs, revenue targets and your own developing business pipeline
  • Taking ownership of your career progression and earning potential
