About Blackfield Associates
Blackfield Associates is a specialist talent and workforce solutions business supporting highly regulated industries, including life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and advanced manufacturing.
Working closely with the STR Group marketing team and Blackfield's Senior Leadership Team, you will support the development of the brand, content, digital presence and employer reputation.
What will you be doing?
This is a varied, hands-on position offering exposure to a broad range of marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development of the Blackfield Associates website, including its content, messaging and user experience
- Helping position Blackfield as a specialist consultancy and workforce solutions partner
- Managing and growing Blackfield’s presence across Linked In and Instagram
- Support the creation of blogs, videos, market updates, client stories and career insights
- Developing content plans and posting schedules for the Senior Leadership Team and consultants
- Producing marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies and capability documents
- Assisting with salary surveys, contractor rate guides, market reports and industry insights
- Supporting campaigns that strengthen Blackfield’s employer brand and attract recruiters, consultants and technical professionals
- Helping plan, coordinate and promote client, recruitment and industry events
- Monitoring campaign and social media performance, producing reports and identifying opportunities to improve engagement
About you
You will be a confident, organised and enthusiastic marketer who enjoys bringing ideas to life and managing a varied workload. We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a marketing, communications, content or digital marketing role
- Experience creating content for social media, particularly Linked In and Instagram
- A good understanding of brand consistency and audience-focused messaging
- A creative mindset and willingness to suggest new ideas
- An interest in B2B marketing, recruitment, professional services or the life sciences sector
