Are you ready to make waves in offshore design and engineering? We’re looking for a skilled and ambitious Naval Architect to take the helm on a variety of exciting marine projects. From initial concept to final build, you’ll play a key role in shaping high-performance vessels and marine structures that meet the toughest standards for safety, efficiency, and innovation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Designing innovative offshore and marine structures with a sharp focus on performance, stability, and compliance.
  • Running structural and hydrodynamic analyses using the latest simulation tools.
  • Managing complex design projects and collaborating across teams to keep things on track.
  • Ensuring all work meets rigorous safety and regulatory standards.
  • Creating detailed technical reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  • Working hand-in-hand with engineers, drafters, and fabricators to bring designs to life.
  • Helping build the design structure and mentoring junior staff alongside the Engineering Manager.

What we’re looking for:

  • A sharp technical mind with deep knowledge of naval architecture and structural engineering.
  • Strong experience with CAD (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS), FEA tools (ANSYS, FES2000, STAAD), and preferably marine simulation software like ORCAFlex.
  • Someone who thrives on solving problems, thinking critically, and delivering smart, innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communicator who can work across teams and clearly present technical ideas.
  • A hands-on team player who can adapt, collaborate, and lead when needed.
  • A background in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering with 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Bonus points for chartered or licensed status, but support is available if you’re working towards it!
