STR Group is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team in the Isle of Wight on a 6-month contract. The role requires carrying out stock condition surveys, assessing dwellings based on Decent Homes Standard and HHSRS.

The pay rate is £350 - £385 per day inside IR35, plus 45p per mile for mileage compensation.
