Are you an experienced Wireless Operations Engineer looking to take the next step in cutting-edge downhole technology around the world? Have a strong background in mechanical/electrical engineering, ready to put it to the test? Then this sounds like the perfect role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the safe installation and commissioning of WWS tools globally
- Prepare, test, pack, and track equipment for deployment
- Assist with risk assessments, FATs, SITs, and operational documentation
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols, including Management of Change (MOC)
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report findings to supervisors
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor equipment condition
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients
- Participate in training and competency development programs
- Supporting engineering trials and provide operational feedback
- Travelling to different locations regularly (average 80-120 days a year)
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in mechanical/electrical fields
- Experienced in Drill Stem Testing
- Ability to work independently in small teams, often in remote or challenging locations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety quality, and continuous learning
- Ability to travel globally, when required
