We are looking for a dynamic and driven Healthcare Solutions Specialist to support the launch and adoption of innovative quality, regulatory, and safety software solutions across the NHS and wider UK healthcare sector, including acute hospitals and care homes. This role involves remote and field-based responsibilities.
The successful candidate will serve as a product champion, working closely with field sales teams, software manufacturers, and healthcare professionals to promote awareness, engagement, and adoption of market-leading solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a product expert, delivering deep knowledge of regulatory and quality software to healthcare organisations.
- Drive adoption of new software products by engaging with stakeholders across the NHS, acute hospitals, and care homes.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and effectively follow up on new opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the NHS and broader healthcare sector.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
- Use digital tools and methods, including cold calling and outreach, to engage prospects proactively.
- Attend conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities to promote awareness of solutions.
- Partner with software manufacturers to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communicate value to end users.
- Stay informed on NHS policy, regulatory requirements, and quality standards relevant to software offerings.
- Experience within the NHS or healthcare sector in a quality, regulatory, or safety software role is highly desirable.
- A well-established professional network in healthcare, particularly in quality and compliance functions.
- Highly motivated self-starter with energy, drive, and a passion for improving healthcare through technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable with cold calling, digital prospecting, and proactive outreach.
- Confident in delivering presentations, product demonstrations, and training to diverse audiences.
- Sales experience is not required, but a commercial mindset and comfort with sales activities are essential.
- Willingness to travel across the UK for meetings, events, and presentations.
