We’re seeking a Technical Coordinator to support the delivery of residential projects, managing technical design and coordination across multiple developments. This role focuses on producing and managing accurate construction drawings, ensuring compliance, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical design and superstructure elements across projects
- Produce and manage detailed construction drawings and documentation
- Liaise with consultants, local authorities, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and CDM 2015 requirements
- Manage submissions (NHBC, SAP, EPC, etc.) and secure approvals
- Support value engineering and buildability assessments
- Attend site visits, pre-start meetings, and resolve technical issues
- Oversee consultant appointments, fees, and performance
- Maintain accurate and coordinated project information
Requirements
- Architectural Technologist background
- HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Construction/Design
- Experience with a residential developer or consultancy
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
