STR Group Limited is seeking a Compliance & Onboarding Specialist to join the Legal & Compliance Team in the UK.

You will ensure compliant onboarding of candidates, contractors and suppliers across UK and international operations, including right-to-work checks and documentation management.

You will work closely with senior specialists and colleagues to maintain records, perform audits, and support clients, consultants and candidates with compliance queries.
