Key Responsibilities- Workshop Operations
- Lead assembly, testing, maintenance and refurbishment of hydraulic/mechanical equipment
- Ensure safe and efficient workshop operations
- Maintain a clean, organised working environment
- Supervise and support technicians
- Manage certification and documentation for subsea assets (including LOLER & PUWER)
- Maintain service logs, inspection records and equipment history
- Control goods in/out and asset tracking
- Support equipment mobilisation and demobilisation for global projects
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and hydraulic schematics
- Diagnose and fault-find hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Liaise with engineering teams on repairs and upgrades
- Follow and enforce company QHSE procedures
- Assist with risk assessments
- Support incident reporting and corrective actions
- Act as Lead Technician offshore when required
- Operate and supervise company equipment offshore
- Essential
- Senior Technician / Foreman / Workshop Supervisory experience in Subsea, Oil & Gas or Offshore
- Strong hydraulic and mechanical knowledge
- Experience managing certification and technical documentation
- Understanding of LOLER and PUWER
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Based locally to Aberdeen and willing to travel offshore
- Valid offshore certificates (BOSIET, MIST, OGUK)
- Forklift licence
- Basic CAD knowledge
