What You\βll Be Doing
As a Sales Assistant, you\βll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience:
- Greet customers in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Communicate confidently with a diverse range of customers
- Showcase products and services, tailoring recommendations to individual customer needs
- Answer customer questions clearly and accurately
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge to support purchasing decisions
- Manage sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets
