Stowen Clean Energy is looking for a full time (39 hours) proactive and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support the successful delivery of our onshore and offshore projects. This is a dynamic role focused on sourcing, coordinating, and mobilising personnel to meet project and client requirements.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. You’ll work closely with Project and Operations Managers to manage staffing needs, coordinate logistics, and maintain accurate personnel records while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Project and Operations Managers to gather and confirm labour requirements
  • Source and coordinate personnel (staff and subcontractors) for all projects
  • Maintain and update personnel databases and profiles
  • Organise logistics including travel and visa arrangements
  • Prepare and submit pre-work agreements and ensure adherence to mobilisation procedures
  • Raise and monitor purchase orders (POs) for personnel and logistics
  • Collate and manage documentation for project close-out (travel logs, invoices, POs)
  • Assist with reception duties and additional administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure compliance with the company Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Report any health and safety concerns to the HSE Manager
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Minimum 3 years in operations or similar
  • Experience in the energy sector preferred
  • Familiarity with SAGE and SharePoint
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically and mentally fit to carry out responsibilities
