We are seeking an experienced and motivated Level 3 IRATA Rope Access Supervisor to join our growing team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates based in the Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft area who are looking to join a professional, expanding company working across a variety of industrial projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising rope access operations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and leading teams to deliver work safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate rope access technicians on site.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with IRATA standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks.
- Inspect and maintain rope access equipment.
- Liaise with clients, site managers, and project teams.
- Complete site reports and safety documentation.
- Support project planning and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- IRATA Level 3 Certification.
- GWO Basic Safety Training.
- GWO Enhanced First Aid.
- Previous supervisory experience in industrial rope access.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Current First Aid certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work at height and in demanding environments.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
