We are seeking an experienced and motivated Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor to join our growing team, ideally based in or around the Great Yarmouth / Lowestoft area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising rope access operations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and leading teams on a variety of industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate rope access technicians on site
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with IRATA standards
- Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks
- Inspect and maintain rope access equipment
- Liaise with clients, site managers, and project teams
- Complete site reports and safety documentation
- Support project planning and operational efficiency
Requirements
- IRATA Certification
- GWO Basic safety training
- GWO Enhanced first aid
- Previous supervisory experience in industrial rope access
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Current First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work at height and in demanding environments
- Full driving licence preferred
