We are seeking an experienced and motivated Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor to join our growing team, ideally based in or around the Great Yarmouth / Lowestoft area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising rope access operations, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and leading teams on a variety of industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate rope access technicians on site
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with IRATA standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks
  • Inspect and maintain rope access equipment
  • Liaise with clients, site managers, and project teams
  • Complete site reports and safety documentation
  • Support project planning and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • IRATA Certification
  • GWO Basic safety training
  • GWO Enhanced first aid
  • Previous supervisory experience in industrial rope access
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
  • Current First Aid certification preferred
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work at height and in demanding environments
  • Full driving licence preferred
