We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our Outstanding school (Ofsted 2021), focusing on whole school support with English as an additional language.

This role offers a great opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference to students with Special Educational Needs.

We are looking for a dedicated, motivated individual committed to student progress.

Southam College has recently opened a new, state-of-the-art building. With 1624 students, it is a highly successful and expanding school.
