We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Pupil Administrator & PA to the Senior Deputy Head. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Senior Deputy Head and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the School.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate pupil records, coordinating communications, supporting attendance and behaviour administration, producing reports, and providing high-quality administrative support across a wide range of school activities. This varied role requires someone who can manage competing priorities, work accurately to deadlines and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Senior Deputy Head, including diary and email management.
- Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas, minutes and other documentation.
- Maintain accurate pupil records using the School's management information system (ISAMS).
- Support the administration of attendance, absence requests and disciplinary records.
- Produce regular attendance, behaviour and other management reports.
- Coordinate daily and weekly administrative processes, including sanctions, staff duty lists and school bulletins.
- Liaise with parents and colleagues across the School to ensure pupil information is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain confidential records and support the efficient running of the School's administrative functions.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within an education or office environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experience of working with databases or management information systems.
