We’re looking for a skilled and proactive General Ground Worker to support the upkeep, maintenance, and improvement of the stunning estates across The Stowe Group – including Stowe School, Swanbourne House, and Winchester House.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Carrying out groundworks: paving, trench digging, fence repairs, and brick re-pointing
- Supporting seasonal and reactive maintenance of paths, access routes, and hardstanding areas
- Operating tools and small machinery safely and effectively
- Responding to maintenance requests via HALO to keep the school running smoothly
- Ensuring all work meets high standards of safety, quality, and visual appeal
