An exciting opportunity has arisen for a non-residential Matron to join one of our Boarding Houses. Pastoral care is an integral part of this role, and we are looking for a well-organised, energetic, and flexible person who is good at building relationships with both children and adults.
We expect our Matrons to deliver excellent standards of care and supervision, along with warmth and compassion. The Matron role will also require high levels of administrative and organisational skills to facilitate the smooth running of the house. Competency in ICT literacy is essential. First aid skills are desirable; however, the school will provide training.
