Stowe Family Law is the UK’s largest specialist family law firm, with a strong national presence and a reputation for excellence, empathy, and innovation. As we continue to grow, technology plays a vital role in supporting our people and delivering outstanding service to our clients.

We’re now looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to help design, build, and optimise scalable Salesforce solutions that support our business and enhance user experience across the firm.

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team and play a key role in shaping how Salesforce supports the firm. You’ll be hands-on designing, building, and improving scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud, helping our teams work smarter and deliver a great experience for our clients.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as external partners, in an Agile environment where collaboration really matters. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, takes pride in building high-quality solutions, and feels comfortable taking ownership from idea through to delivery.

If you like getting stuck into the detail, keeping up with the latest Salesforce features, and making a real impact through the platforms you build, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
  • Configure and customise Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and validation rules
  • Develop and maintain Apex triggers, batch jobs, scheduled processes, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Work with Agentforce and AI tooling to enhance platform capability and automation
  • Create and maintain Lightning Record Pages, reports, dashboards, and reusable UI components
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, internal teams, and external partners to turn business requirements into robust technical designs
  • Lead and support integrations with internal and third-party systems, following Salesforce best-practice integration patterns
  • Follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices, including version control, automated testing, and reliable release processes
  • Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, supporting UAT, releases, and post-deployment stabilisation
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and champion new features that improve scalability and user experience
