  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Support every stage of the employee lifecycle - from offers and onboarding through to promotions, changes and leavers.
  • Become the go-to person for day to day People Operations queries, delivering an exceptional service to colleagues across the business.
  • Help manage our HR systems, ensuring our people data is accurate, insightful and supports better decision making.
  • Produce meaningful reports and identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
  • Support monthly payroll processes alongside our Finance team.
  • Manage benefits administration and support key people initiatives throughout the year.
  • Help us continuously improve our processes as we grow, making them simpler, smarter and more efficient.

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to get involved in projects that genuinely shape how we support our people as the business continues to expand.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy working with systems and data.

Essential

  • Experience working in an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or similar People Operations role.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional employee experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confidence learning new systems quickly and embracing technology.
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data and produce meaningful reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and a naturally collaborative approach.

Desirable

  • Exposure to payroll administration or payroll support.
  • Experience using HR systems such as Hi Bob or similar HRIS platforms.
