We’re on the lookout for a confident, commercially minded Business Development Manager to help grow and strengthen our network of referral partners across the UK. It’s a pivotal role, ideal for someone from a professional services background who knows how to think strategically and build relationships that truly last. This isn’t just about quick wins. It’s about creating partnerships that deliver long-term value.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of our partnerships strategy and bring it to life, connecting with senior stakeholders, identifying commercial opportunities, and embedding processes that drive long-term value.
- Develop and deliver our national partnerships strategy with clear plans, priorities, and performance goals.
- Build meaningful relationships with relevant businesses (Solicitors, accountants, wealth managers, counsellors etc)
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and design compelling ways to engage and add value.
- Track performance through data and insight, learning what works and where we can grow.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and the wider business to ensure a joined-up experience.
What we’re looking for
- A proven sales or business development background within professional services
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, with the credibility to build long-term trust.
- A strategic mindset – you know how to create a plan, and how to bring it to life.
- Experience managing referral or partner relationships, ideally nationally or across multiple regions.
- You’ll be comfortable using data to make informed decisions and track performance.
