We’re the fastest-growing family law firm in the country, and we’re looking for a Partner to join our Cheltenham team. At Stowe, you’ll be supported by the UK’s largest specialist family law firm, with over 200 lawyers across 100 offices. With that kind of scale, there isn’t much we haven’t seen – yet every Partner who joins shapes something unique in their own market.

We’re looking for:
- Senior Solicitor or Senior Lawyer ready to take the next step to Partner, but feeling held back by a lack of progression opportunities.
- A Partner in a traditional firm, frustrated at not being an equity partner or not being adequately rewarded.
- Commercially minded, ambitious, and keen to build on your expertise.
- Experience in high-value financial and/or complex children work, with the ability to bring in and convert new clients while leading from the front.
- Commutable distance to Cheltenham; we work 80% from home and 20% in the office (you control how this looks).
