What You\’ll Be Doing:
As a Legal Assistant, you’ll support our Fee Earners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Audio typing from digital dictation
- Handling file compliance and onboarding tasks, including identity checks
- Uploading documents to the court portal
- Bundling and collating documents as needed
- Liaising with clients, lawyers, counsel chambers, and courts
- Managing case administration (paper files) and updating the case management system (One Advanced)
- Arranging meetings and keeping diaries organised for clients
- Dealing with No-Fault Divorce files, including booking the first appointment and staying up to date with the latest No-Fault Divorce rules
