As we continue to grow, technology plays a vital role in supporting our people and delivering outstanding service to our clients. We’re now looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to help design, build, and optimise scalable Salesforce solutions that support our business and enhance user experience across the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
- Configure and customise Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and validation rules
- Develop and maintain Apex triggers, batch jobs, scheduled processes, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work with Agentforce and AI tooling to enhance platform capability and automation
- Create and maintain Lightning Record Pages, reports, dashboards, and reusable UI components
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, internal teams, and external partners to turn business requirements into robust technical designs
- Lead and support integrations with internal and third-party systems, following Salesforce best-practice integration patterns
- Follow DevOps and CI/CD best practices, including version control, automated testing, and reliable release processes
- Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, supporting UAT, releases, and post-deployment stabilisation
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and champion new features that improve scalability and user experience
Required experience and skills
- 5+ years’ hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex (Triggers, Classes, Async Processing)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Orchestration)
Required
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
Preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Agentforce certification
