Our People & Change Lead will play an essential role in shaping a more connected, inclusive and agile workforce as we continue to work towards our aim to be a tech‑forward family law firm. • Coordinate effectively with the wider People team, Internal Communications and external partners considering every aspect of the colleague journey
  • Co‑create change and communication plans with Internal Communications
  • Consider all aspects of the project through an accessibility and inclusivity POV
