What will I likely be doing?
New Business Enquiries;
- Supporting the Client Service Team by dealing with New Business Enquiries and really understanding each client’s needs through inbound and outbound calls (all warm calls)
- Reassuring the client and dealing with their requests professionally with empathy
- Accurately taking down their information and entering it into a case management system
- Converting these clients to either a fixed fee meeting or an immediately progressing client for our lawyers across the company
Liaising with our Lawyers across the country to establish best practice ways of working, including:
- Understanding our lawyer\’s availability to speak to our clients
- Preferred ways of working across different regions
- Knowledge of specific skill sets within regions and teams to ensure the client speaks with the most suitable Lawyer for their case
What skills might be suitable for this position?
- Telephony Sales background
- Exceptional client service with the ability to deal sensitively with emotional or upset clients
Hours & Salary
- £30,000 per annum
- Training in our Harrogate Office; we\’ll teach you everything you need to know about family law.
- 80% working from home, and 20% working from the office – you control how this looks
- This is a full-time role (35 hours), working 5 days per week with the following schedule:
Monday & Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and every otherSaturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Please note: This role includes working every other Saturday, with a day off in lieu taken on Thursday during the same week.
