Our Central Sales Team is the front and centre of delivering our Client Value Proposition. Supporting the Client Service Team by dealing with New Business Enquiries and understanding each client’s needs through inbound and outbound calls (all warm calls) Reassuring the client and handling their requests professionally with empathy Accurately taking down their information and entering it into a case management system Converting these clients to either a fixed fee meeting or an immediately progressing client for our lawyers across the company Liaising with our Lawyers across the country to establish best practice ways of working, including: Understanding our lawyer\’s availability to speak to our clients Preferred ways of working across different regions Knowledge of specific skill sets within regions and teams to ensure the client speaks with the most suitable Lawyer for their case What skills might be suitable for this position? Telephony Sales background Exceptional client service with the ability to deal sensitively with emotional or upset clients Hours & Salary £30,000 per annum Training in our Harrogate Office; we\’ll teach you everything you need to know about family law. 80% working from home, and 20% working from the office – you control how this looks This is a full-time role (35 hours), working 5 days per week with the following schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Monday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Please note: This role includes working every other Sunday, with a day off in lieu taken on Thursday during the same week.
